I guess when you think of a house in Madrid, this villa is not exactly what you tend to visualize. Located in the surroundings of Madrid, it is part of a greater development of other 9 units. The space is enriched by the several changes in section while the furniture is kept to a minimum: the white walls and the concrete floor are used as devices to reflect and guide the light that come from inside. Though I love the sequences and connection among the rooms, I'm not sure the overall effect is a bit too severe. What do you think? Work by Abaton Arquitectura.
Hola Elena, a mí me parecen (todos los de Abaton) proyectos muy interesantes y elegantes, el marco perfecto para la "exposición de mobiliario" precioso que luego introducen.

DeleteLa verdad es que no conocía a Abaton y algunos proyectos me han gustado mucho: el estudio del espacio siempre es el punto de partida del proyecto y el acabado es muy elegante, con mucha cura en los detalles. Me encanta como los distintos espacios encajan el uno el el otro: hay mucho talento aquì.
