Naoto Fukasawa's wall mounted cd player for Muji is an icon. I've been trying my brother to "lend" me his since 2000 and I tried even harder since I moved to the new flat, just to check if it's fit in my home" ... He knows me better and didn't leave his beloved Muji piece to fly with me to Barcelona!
You will agree with me that the cd player is so nice I had to give it a try. : )
But, today I discovered that the Japanese company has released the MJBTS-1 - its latest wall mounted speaker, which sees a redesign of naoto Fukusawa's classic CD player from 2000. The system integrates AM/FM radio capabilities and bluetooth 3.0 for wireless music streaming via smartphone control and like the original, it can also still be turned on and off up by pulling its cord feature. Though I always have a thing for "the classic" designs, this could be a good choice.
